EMDR offers freedom from anxiety and painful past memories, restores calm in times of crisis, and changes old thought patterns which may be holding you back.
Much of my work with people is short-term. I want to see you get new tools and a new view of yourself and your life NOW. Then, if you hit a bump in the road, you can always come back!
